The site lets you share basic information and request a free, no obligation review call with Frankie. The site itself sells nothing, quotes nothing and binds nothing. No content here is an offer of insurance, a rate quote, a coverage recommendation, or financial, legal or tax advice. Whether any policy is available to you, and at what rate, is decided solely by the issuing insurance carrier through its underwriting. No coverage exists until a carrier issues a policy and the first premium is paid.
The on page voice assistant is an automated AI, not a human. It gathers your answers, explains how the review works, and passes your preferred appointment time to Frankie as a request. It does not give insurance advice and cannot commit any carrier or bind any coverage. Appointment times you select with the assistant are requests until Frankie confirms them with you directly. Insurance advice comes only from a licensed professional on your call.
The site is intended for United States residents who are 18 or older. Frankie is licensed in California, Texas, Nevada and Idaho. If you live somewhere else, he will tell you so and, where possible, point you toward an appropriately licensed professional rather than offer you insurance guidance.
When you submit a review request you are asking Frankie to contact you about it. Calls are dialled personally by Frankie. We do not use artificial or prerecorded voice calls, and if that ever changes we will say so here first and obtain the consent the law requires. The box is unticked by default, is never a condition of any purchase, and giving your phone number alone does not enroll you. Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your own activity, up to 4 messages per lead. Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile carrier for details.
